The tourist information office at Madrid airport Barajas is in the T1 (Arrivals) T2 (arrivals) and T4 (arrivals and rooms 10 and 11 baggage claim.

T1 The T1 Departures lobby (first floor) you will find information screens where you can check your flight information and counters you have to check, once made the billing at your boarding gate will have specified boarding your flight.

If your gate is H, J or K (national or Schengen destinations and Iberia flights to London and Dublin) will have to go to floor 1, where the gates are.
