Transport from or to Barajas Airport by Metro

Information to go to the airport.

Line 8 (pink) connects Madrid subway stop from Nuevos Ministerios to T1, T2, T3 and T4. The ride is about 15/20 minutes. The Madrid Metro schedule work from 6:00 am until 2:00 am

To go to the airport the costs will be 4.5 Euros (includes the extra fee to the Airport). You can buy the tickets at any metro station in Madrid

Important to know: Users who have the tourist transport or travel pass  dot not need pay this suplement. The tourist pass costs 11.20 Euros, are instransferibles and can use up to 10 times, is very useful for groups and individuals who will use the subway a lot.

Information from the airport to the city center.

In the T1, T2, T3 and T4 is a connecting metro line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios, from this station can connect to all Madrid Underground lines. From the airport you can buy the normal ticket 4,5 Euros .

From the airport stations operate from 6:00 am until 2:00 am

Children up to 4 years can travel without a ticket.
